We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from marketim.ca Canada. Therefore, if there are any issues with your purchase we’d be happy to help fix the problem. For nonconformity and non perishable goods, you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange. However, we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected. If you decide that your new or unused item is not going to work out, you have up to 7 days to return your purchase. You may return any online purchases by following the steps below:

All returns must be accompanied by a RMA number issued by us. marketim.ca will not, in any circumstance, accept a return without RMA number issued by us. With this email, please include a clear picture of the product (may it be broken, expired, or missing items) and a picture of the invoice with clear invoice number and accompany information.
After you received your RMA, please pack it with the item (in the item’s original condition, including the manufacturer’s packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories), and ship it back to the Returns department address which will be provided with the RMA.
Drop the item at the courier of your choice. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, Fedex, or Canada Post. marketim.ca is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot and will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Item must be received by marketim.ca within 10 working business days after obtaining your RMA number.
Once the return is received and inspect by the return department, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping is not refunded.
Please note that all intimate goods are final sale due to hygiene precautions. Also, all opened or used goods are not subjected to return, refund, or exchange.
Using the return label supplied will occur additional shipping charge to the original shipping fee.
*In any circumstances, if an item is returned due to manufacture defect, shipping will not be charged. However, if the returned item is determined to be an act of fraud or abuse, the shipping will be charged to the buyer.
