- Can I special order products that are not in stock?
- Yes, we offer more product availability through our special order service. Please contact us at marketimca@gmail.com for more information.
- Is the site and payment secure?
- Yes, our site is SSL protected and all the payments (credit cards/paypal) are processed through secure Paypal Processors.
- Can I place an international order?
- Unfortunately we cannot currently process online orders from countries other than Canada. Please follow us in the future as we look to expand to different parts of the world.
- How can I track my order?

Once an order is shipped out, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number. You may track by the tracking number link or login into the carriers website for shipping status.
* After the parcel is shipped out, the tracking status may take up to 2 business days to be updated. - * No tracking number available for Greater Vancouver region.

- How long will it take to receive my order?
- All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order. The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you select.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, credit cards via Paypal, Visa, MasterCard
- Do I have to register an account in order to shop at marketim.ca?
- Customers who do not have marketim.ca account can use purchase as visitor, but we suggest customers to register an account at for faster and easier shopping.
- How do I edit my account?
- Please log in to your account at marketim.ca You can edit and update your account at “My account”.
- Can I place an order on the phone?
- Sorry, marketim.ca does not allow customors to place any order on the phone for now.
- Can I edit or cancel order?
- Before payment is made: if the order has been transferred to “Place Order” but has not yet been paid, you can cancel the order at “My account”. However, you cannot edit or change the amount of products in an order. If you wish to change the amount of the product you want to purchase, we suggest you to cancel the order and place a new order.
- After the payment is paid: Because we immediately begin working on your order as soon as it is placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to an order after it has been confirmed.
- We will review your order and condition to see if the return is possible. Please read over our return policy for more detail.
- Will the products out of stock be restocked?
- Most of the products will be restocked in 2 weeks. For other products that are out of stock for longer time, please contact our costumer service for more estimated restock information.
- How do I check my order status?
- The fastest way to check your order is to log in to your account.
- Check your order status through the email that marketim.ca sends you, marketim.ca will inform you by sending you an email to the email address provided by customer. Please check your mailbox as well as trash mailbox. We suggest you to add marketim.ca’s email to your contacts for further information. You can also contact us through our customer service for more information about your order.
- What shipping methods does Marketim.ca provide?
- We currently cooperate with Canada Post and Greater Vancouver shipping teams.
- For other Canadian regions outside of Greater Vancouver, we provide UPS, FedEX, Purolator, etc.

- Can I ship my order to an address outside of Canada?
- We currently restrict our shipping addresses within Canada.
- Can I change my shipping address?
- Before the order has been shipped, marketim.ca can edit your shipping information for you for free. Once the order has been shipped to shipping company, it will cost fees for editing shipping information. For further questions, please email and contact us for more information.
