This product is prepared by placing semolina cream and plenty of grey pistachios in 15 layers of thin phyllo and very delicious despite its less sweet syrup. It has a special place among our baklava varieties as it is one of the most delicious desserts to be served on special occasions.

Ingredients: Flour, Ghee (Clarified Butter), Pistachio, Wheat Starch, Cream (Semolina and Milk), Eggs, Sugar, Water. It does not contain any additives or preservatives such as Glucose Syrup or Corn Syrup.
